Things that you should know when going fishing
Fishing License
In Texas, anyone aged 17 and above must possess an appropriate fishing license with a saltwater endorsement to fish. These licenses can be procured from Wal-mart, Academy, or online at www.tpwd.texas.gov. However, if you’re joining our charter merely as a “Rider” and don’t plan to fish, you’re exempt from this requirement.
Cancellation Policy
Pelagic Charters reserves the right to cancel due to unforeseen events, the customers can either received a full refund or reschedule the trip. Customers cancellation with less than 7 days in advance notice or no-show will forfeit the deposit.
what to bring
During your charter, always prioritize safety and comfort. Pack non-slip shoes, hand towels for any unexpected splashes, and essential protective wear such as hats, sunscreen, sunglasses, and rain gear. Don’t forget your camera to capture those unforgettable moments!
